Reserving the Venue:
The room and ceremony charges are required the day you reserve the room. This is to insure the Ball Room and ceremony area is reserved for that day. The following fees are for a 4 hour period.
The Ball Room
The Summit's Ball Room is far and above one of the most elegant banquet facilities in the Owensboro area. This room can transform to handle corporate meetings of 40 + or a formal wedding reception of 250. The Ball Room is equipped with a wooden dance floor that can be decorated to accommodate the simplest of events or the grandest of formal functions. The Ball Room offers a warm, elegant atmosphere while providing a breathtaking view of our beautiful golf course.

Lakeview Ceremony Area
The Summit's Lakeview ceremony area is beautifully landscaped and can accommodate up to 200 chairs for the ceremony.

Our Club House Patio is a beautiful and spacious setting overlooking our beautiful golf course. The patio area is set up on a hill and beautifully landscaped with rose bushes. The patio can accommodate up to 200 chairs for the ceremony.

Guarantee
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Kathy Tanner no later than two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled event of the exact attendance. You can send the final attendance via email to kattan@milesnmmore.com or call (270) 281-4653. This number shall constitute a final guarantee not subject to reduction. Should fewer guests attend, billing will be based on the final guarantee. Should additional guests attend, billing will be based on the actual attendance and will appear on the final invoice. The Summit will not be responsible for service more than five (5%) percent over and above your final guaranteed attendance figure. If no guarantee is given at the appropriate time, The Summit will assume the indicated contract attendance to be correct and charges will be made accordingly.
Decorations
Every effort will be made to accommodate any request for prior access to your reserved room for decorating purposes. Decorations are not to be affixed to the room’s infrastructure. Thumbtacks, tape, nails, and hooks are all prohibited from use on any walls or woodwork in the clubhouse. Any use of rice, or confetti will result in an additional cleaning charge.
Rules and Regulations
All food, beverage and alcohol must be purchased from The Summit. All food stations must have full length table clothes or table skirting. Wedding cake, grooms cake, punch, peanuts and mints may be provided by the customer.
Other Services
Golf Cart Rental: (1) is provided for the bride and groom. Additional golf carts will be $20.00 each.

Catering Menu
All food and beverage items incur a Kentucky sales tax of 6%. If exempt, please provide The Summit with a copy of your exemption certificate prior to the event.
All food and beverage & rental equipment payments are required no later than ten (10) days after the final invoice has been received.
A service and administration charge of 20% will be added to the final bill. This charge is for set-up, and cleans up of the facility.
Three (3) months prior to the event the menu must be finalized. The final guest count must be finalized two (2) weeks prior to the event.
Plated Dinner Selections
All plated menu selections are served with a house salad or Caesar salad with choice of dressing; one vegetable, one starch, warm dinner rolls with butter, coffee and iced tea. All selections include serving price.
