Spirits, Wine & Beer

The Summit is the only licensed authority to sell or serve for consumption on Club property. Therefore, no liquor, beer, wine, or soft drinks may be brought onto the property.

Bartenders

Bartenders who have been trained in alcohol awareness will serve as bartenders. Bartender fee is $40.00 for four (4) hours.

Host Bar

A host bar is a bar that has been paid for by the host of the event. Only liquor, beer, or wines requested by host will be available for consumtion. After event, guest may take unused portions of liquor they have paid for. It will be ready for pick-up the following day. If the following day is a Sunday, guest will need to wait until Monday.

Cash Bar

A cash bar is for guests wanting liquor available on a pay-per-drink basis. A minimum of $150.00 sales is required.
