Rental Policies


Display & Decorations

All displays and/or decorations proposed by the Patron shall be subject to written approval by the Club. Nothing shall be attached to the walls in any room. No fixed Club decorations in any room may be removed.

Noise

Noise (particularly from musical groups) shall be maintained at reasonable levels so as not to disturb other members and their guests, as well as neighbors of the Club. Upon request, the Patron agrees to reduce noise levels deemed excessive by the Club management and further agrees to indemnify the Club and to hold it harmless against any violation of local noise ordinances.

Conduct of Event

Patron hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Club, its officers, directors, employees, agent and each of the foregoing against any and all claims, liabilities, or costs (including reasonable attorney's fees and whether by reason of personal injury or death or property damage or otherwise) arising out of or connected with the event of this Agreement. The Club is not responsible for personal property of members or guests, which may be lost during a private party.

Any damages to the Club, Summit properties or other structures or property within the Summit Community as a result of the event, patron, or patron's guests, shall be invoiced directly for damages.
